Terms of Service

Akwaaba AI is provided by Micro Intelligence Consult ("we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use Akwaaba AI you agree to these terms and are contracting with Micro Intelligence Consult.

The service

Akwaaba AI is an AI assistant for work and business: chat, tasks and reminders, document tools (invoices and business proposals) and a directory of local service providers. Paid plans give higher daily usage and extra features as described on the Plans page. You must be at least 18, or have authority to bind the organisation you use it for.

Your account

Keep your login details private and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful use, fraud, spam or harassment.
• No infringing others' intellectual property.
• No malware, probing, scraping, reverse engineering or getting around usage limits.
• No generating illegal content, hate speech, deepfakes of real people, or attempts to jailbreak or misuse the AI.

AI output

You are responsible for what you ask, for having the rights to anything you upload, and for how you use answers. AI answers can be wrong; check them, and do not rely on them as legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. We may filter outputs, remove content or restrict accounts that break these terms. Rights-holders can report infringing content to support@foundationbuddy.app; repeat infringers will lose access.

Ownership

We own the service, its software, documentation and branding. You keep ownership of your content and the outputs you create, and give us a limited licence to store and process it only to provide the service.

Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms. Plans renew monthly until cancelled; when you cancel you keep your plan until the end of the paid month.

Availability

We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and it is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data, except where the law does not allow this.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breach of these terms, non-payment, or security or fraud risk. You can delete your account at any time from the Me screen; your data is then erased.
